After my tenure at Altiris / Symantec, I became a Symantec Consultant. Many of my engagements involved Symantec Service Desk and Workflow. Along with ITIL Processes I created custom workflow applications. 

• Interfacing with Remedy to order software and with Altiris to install software. 
• Security Incident Reporting Process interfacing with FileNet 
• Interfacing with Yahoo Sports API and building a mock Draft Application for a marketing opportunity at Symantec Vision 2014                                                                                

Moving on from Symantec Consulting I became a Microsoft System Center Consultant

automating mostly IT functions. 

• Software Updates - Scheduling, Notifying, and Reporting fully automated
• Simple Exchange Administration through Service Manager and PowerShell

Completed a large engagement of Security Vulnerability Remediation in the middle of a pandemic and took the opportunity to enroll in Decisions classes.

• Achieved Professional Developer Certification
• In between small engagements began developing on my own.
• Developing applications around Yahoo Sports API as a training vehicle and future marketing vehicle.
